You set the date at which a user gets access to your product in 3 different ways:
1. At product level (all members with access to this product get access at the same time)
2. Per user (set a specific start and/or end date for a certain member)
3. Let the user decide when he or she wants to get access (on the checkout page)
To set the access at product level you can look up the product and click the "Access" tab. Here you can decide what the starting moment of access needs to be. After you've clicked the Save button, these settings will be applied to all new members of this product. Nothing will change for members who already had access.
To edit the access to a product of a specific member, you first need to look up this member. Next, you can click "Product access" in his/her user profile and click on the name of the product that you'd like to edit the access of. A menu will appear on the right hand side where you can edit the start and end date for this specific user to your preference.
Please note: When you edit the access to a product for a specific member, this will overwrite the set access on a product level for this user.
To let users choose their own date on which they want to get access to your product, you need to go to the checkout page of this certain product. Here you need to click on the little pen icon on the right hand side.
A menu will appear on the right hand side, where you can check the box that says "Choose starting moment". After you've done this and clicked Save, users now get to see a little calender on the checkout page where they can choose their own date at which they want to get access. If the customer does not select a specific date, the starting moment that you set up on product level will be used.
