In this article you can read how you can publish your first online course within MemBirds.
To get started, go from your MemBirds dashboard to Content > Courses > click Add course at the top right. Now define the name of your course and click Create. You can now change some general settings of the course, such as the visibility, description and status. You can also indicate here whether your course only consists of separate lessons or is made up of modules that each consist of 1 or more lessons.
Now it's time to fill the course with modules and lessons. To do this, click on Modules on the left (or Lessons if your course only consists of separate lessons) and create a new module. After you have created the module, you will be given the option to add lessons to the newly created module.
After that you can start filling your lessons with content. When you click on "Create lesson" you will go directly to the editor. Here you can add videos, audio, texts, etc. to your lessons.
After you have filled your course with modules and lessons, set the course to "Published" and it is time to connect the course to a Product. To do this, go to Products in the black left sidebar > Create new product > Enter the product name. This can be the same name as the name of the course you just created.
Now go to Content > Courses on the left and add the course you just created to this product.
As you can see, you can add 1 or more courses to a product. Does your product only consist of 1 course? Then I recommend that you change the "Product start page" under Layout to "Directly forward to the (first) course".
Finally, it's time to add a price to your product. You can also set this via the menu on the left, under Prices. When you click on Add price you can determine whether you want to sell your product through a one-time payment, monthly installments (or both) or a subscription.
